I'm almost through my first tin of the product and I love it -- it's the perfect mid-day pick-me-up. It's absolutely delicious (love the rose and saffron notes especially) and the color is gorgeous. It's soothing and yummy. I like mixing mine with almond milk and some additional sweetener but I'm sure it would also be good on its own!
This beautifully crafted, heart-opening blend is such deep nourishment. Not only will your nervous system and hormones will deeply thank you, but so will your tastebuds. The rose, pistachio, cardamom and saffron is a match made in heaven.
Preparing a warm cup mid-day has become one of my favorite self-care rituals. I add sea-salt, honey and coconut cream or oat milk. Sometimes I add a 1/4 tsp of additional powdered organic rose for some additional heart-opening. Or I add maca or ashwagandha for cellular function and nervous system support.
The hormone tea is so amazing. It tastes so good and you can tell the attention to detail that went in to mixing all these ingredients. I mix mine with warm vanilla almond milk and froth it all together. It is just perfect. I look forward to drinking it everyday!

I love the rose tea so much, I finished it in record time! I mix it with warm nut milk, and honey… It’s the perfect amount of creamy and rose flavors. Not too sweet, which is so nice, and the pistachio flavor round it out. Love how, I know it’s doing so much good for my hormones at the same time!
